Engine Testing Department

All of the longblocks at Wayne's are tested on a Sim-Test run in machine. This machine checks oil pressure, oil flow, and rotating amps, while at the same time the operator checks the compression in each cylinder. He also makes sure all the lifters are rotating and that each rocker is oiling properly. The engine is thoroughly checked for any oil leaks in all of the gallery plug areas. The cooling system is then vacuum tested to ensure no water leaks. After the engine passes all of our tests, it receives approval to be sold.
